I am very grateful to be running the 2025 Boston Marathon on behalf of Boston’s Children’s Hospital with Miles for Miracles team.
Boston Children's Hospital is one of the most renowned medical institutions in the world. It is a pillar of our local Boston community and a cornerstone of healthcare research and deployment globally.
I’ve been a patient at BCH 5 times in my life and each time the world class expertise and compassionate bedside manner of the incredible staff gave my entire family comfort in the face of crisis.
I am running to raise money so that more children and more families can experience the comfort, care, and cures that BCH provides.
I am proud to partner on this run with my inspiring patient partner Treyvon. Treyvon has nonverbal autism and was diagnosed with a complex congenital heart defects at 5 days old. He has undergone 3 open heart surgeries at BCH, and continues to receive check ups and care from the cardiac specialists at the hospital. His buoyant attitude, heartwarming smile, and jubilant laughter despite all this are testaments to his tenacity. One needs no more motivation than his strength as we train for the marathon and work to fundraise on behalf of Boston Children’s Hospital.
