Support my Miles for Miracles Fundraising - London Marathon 2026
I am honored to be running the 2026 London Marathon for Boston Children’s Hospital Miles for Miracles Team! Having spent my entire life in Massachusetts, it is never lost on me that we have the best hospitals in the world. Families come from all over the world for their children to be seen and treated at Boston Children’s because we have the best!
My daughter Tori spent time at BCH as a baby and through to her teen years, working through testing for allergies and asthma. Her doctors and nurses were excellent and provided guidance and direction on how be aware of foods to avoid, environmental allergens that were going to cause her discomfort as well as how to get back to health when her asthma flared up (many times leading to pneumonia). She has outgrown some of these ailments and knows how to handle herself thanks to Boston Children's Hospital. We know we are fortunate that what she had was very treatable and didn't require weeks and months in the hospital; not the case for many kids that come into BCH for treatment or surgery. I also know many friends, family and colleagues who have benefitted from this great hospital, so I am thrilled to be able to give back through my fundraising.
Every dollar I raise funds the very best medical care, breakthrough research and vital support services for sick kids and their families. Your gift will:
- help children from your town and across the world get a second chance at life;
- give kids battling the most complex diseases care they can't find anywhere else;
- fuel 6,500+ researchers and scientific staff working to develop new treatments and cures;
- support patient programs, like music and art therapy, to let kids be kids, even during long hospital stays;
- help patient families in crisis with urgent needs, such as food, clothing and housing;
- deliver the most compassionate, leading-edge care to every child who needs it.
