This year I've joined the Miles for Miracles team to help give back for all the great care we have received for our Gracie. Because of this years situation, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race virtually. I do not think she'd be where she is or making the progress she has without the amazing team she has at Boston Children's Hospital!
As many of you know, Gracie suffered a stroke at birth and spent the first few weeks of her life in the NICU and on 9 north west. Because of the unbelievable care Gracie received immediately from the doctors and nurses she is thriving today. We owe a lot to Children's and raising money to go to research, programs and care for sick kids is the best way we know how to give back. Here are a few things that Boston Children's Hospital does for kids:
- The hospital's patient care programs are unusually sensitive to what sick and injured children and their families really need.
- Researchers regularly make amazing discoveries that change children's lives.
- Boston Children's welcomes kids whose families can't afford health care--more than any other hospital in Massachusetts.
- Community programs makes a point of reaching out to help low-income and at-risk kids.
Please Support me,and support the hospital! Please make a gift in honor of Gracie today! Thank you
