I am running the New York City Marathon this year on the Miles for Miracles, in support of kids at Boston Children’s Hospital to find lifesaving care.
My sister, Caroline, is one of the many individuals whose lives have been changed by the incredible care at Boston Children’s Hospital. Caroline was first diagnosed with Aicardi Syndrome at Children’s Hospital, and we will be forever grateful for the level of care they showed her and our family.
Every dollar raised for the marathon goes towards family support services, care that is not covered by insurance, and breakthrough research. Your support will:
- help patient-families in crisis with urgent needs, including housing, food and clothing;
- give children battling the most complex diseases treatments they can’t find anywhere else;
- fuel 3,000+ researchers working to find cures;
- bring crucial care to families through outpatient psychiatry clinics;
- support sessions for patients, parents, and siblings;
