Hello friends, family, and supporters!
My name is Kevin Dobson and this is my first time running the Boston Marathon. I am proud to represent Service Credit Union and will be running in the 2025 Boston Marathon as part of the Credit Union Kids @ Heart team, which raises awareness and funding for scientific research aimed at preventing, treating and/or curing pediatric neurological diseases. As a New Hampshire State Trooper, I am proud to wear the uniform and serve my community, but this time, I am running to serve in a different way—by supporting my Patient Partner, Isla Saunders, and the vital work being done through Credit Union Kids @ Heart and Boston Children’s Hospital.
I am not running for a personal time goal or just for the challenge. I’m running for something much bigger—people like Isla, who have shown extraordinary strength in the face of adversity. I am honored to be paired with her, a patient whose resilience and determination are truly inspiring.
Isla embodies the epitome of sweetness, leaving an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. Her endearing nature, combined with her charming sense of humor and compassionate spirit, sets her apart.
I am committed to doing everything I can to raise funds for the organization that supports them and countless others.
