Welcome to My "We Can Be Christmas Angels" Page
My name is Ryan Guerrieo, and I am in the 5th grade at Parker Elementary School in Billerica, MA.
For Christmas this year, I have decided to start the “We Can Be Christmas Angels” mission, benefitting the Boston Children's Hospital Children’s Activity Program. This program supports Child Life Services, providing play, creative arts and activities to help sick kids still be kids.
When my parents asked me what I wanted for Christmas this year, I knew right away that I wanted other children to feel happy. I spent a week in Children’s Hospital when I was in fourth grade, and it seemed like I was there forever. I celebrated my tenth birthday there, instead of at the Celtics vs. Los Angeles Clippers game. But I think that spending that time at Children’s Hospital and celebrating with all the nurses, doctors, and staff, who cared for me, was probably better than any Celtics game. It made me appreciate my health, everything I have, and how lucky I am to be so fortunate.
I am writing to ask you to support me in my “We Can Be Christmas Angels” mission to make this a great holiday season for patients who will be at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Here are the ways you can help:
- Make an online donation right here on this site.
- Donate new unwrapped toys and games for the Children's Activity Center. I will have local collection centers, but you can also email me firstname.lastname@example.org and we can pick up any donated items:-)
Thank you in advance for your contribution. You have no idea how much it means to me to have your support and make “We Can Be Christmas Angels” possible.
