The 8th Annual Grady's Gifts Fundraiser!

It's that time of year again, and we are filled with gratitude as we launch our annual fundraising campaign for Grady's Gifts! This event is so important to our family, and we want to thank you all in advance for your unwavering support.

As many of you know, Grady has faced numerous health challenges over the years. Last year, he had a few setbacks and spent significant time in the hospital, but we are starting this year on a positive note. Although he is still undergoing treatment, Grady has started high school and is doing everything he can to live a "normal" life just like every child deserves.

Each year, Grady's Gifts supports the brave kids at 6 West - our home away from home- providing them with holiday gifts while they are inpatient. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we are also able to provide additional support such as motivation gifts, arts and crafts supplies, and special treats.

We've met so many amazing families along the way and watched others suffer from devastating illnesses - ALD, blood disorders, cancer, and so many more heartbreaking diseases. This year, our hearts feel a little heavier, but our mission is stronger than ever.

Last year, we were blown away by your kindness! Grady's Gifts was our second-biggest fundraiser ever! And while we know times are tough, especially for families fighting these battles, we believe we can do even better this year. Grady's goal for this year is $20,011. We absolutely crushed that target last year - can we do it again?

This year, we're also excited to share that Grady's Gifts will be raising funds to support Rare Disease Week! This special initiative will help shine a light on the rare disease community and provide additional support and awareness for the families affected. More details will be shared soon, so stay tuned for updates on how your donations will make an even greater impact this year.

We ask that you please consider donating if you're able. Every contribution, no matter the amount, makes a world of difference. We also encourage businesses to consider us for their holiday giving and will be organizing some fun events over the next few months.

Most importantly, we need your help spreading the word. By sharing this message, you'll help us raise awareness about the children and families at 6 West and the critical care they receive. We want to spotlight not only the rare diseases we focus on, but all the various conditions these kids are fighting.

We can't express enough how much your support means to us. Every year, we wonder if this might be the year it fizzles out, but every year, you show up, and together, we make magic happen.
