Louis Clement was born April 26, 2019 with no warning of an underlying heart condition. By April 28th Louis was transported to Boston Children’s hospital and admitted to the cardiac ICU and diagnosed with aortic stenosis. At 10 days old he underwent a procedure that saved his life. Since then Louis has been a patient at Boston Children’s hospital with various doctors including pulmonologist, ENT and of course his cardiologist. To say thank you and give back to the hospital, doctors, nurses and all medical staff who keep our little guy going, we are participating in the Eversource Walk for Boston Children’s Hospital on June 11.
Every dollar I raise funds breakthrough research, family support services and vital services not covered by insurance. Your gift will:
- give children battling the most complex diseases treatments they can't find anywhere else;
- help children in your town and those across the world get a second chance;
- fuel 3,000+ researchers working to find cures;
- help patient-families in crisis with urgent needs, including housing, food and clothing;
- bring crucial care to families through not one, but four, outpatient psychiatry clinics;
- and so much more.
We are so thankful for Boston Children’s hospital. They helped us get through the most scary moments of our lives, and continuing to guide us. Please support our fundraising to support kids like Louis and all children and families at Boston Children's.
