Pop-Up Classes

What are Yoga Reaches Out Pop-Up Classes?
These one-hour yoga classes throughout New England are a chance to connect with others in the Yoga Reaches Out community while helping kids. Your suggested donation of $25 or more will go toward lifesaving care for the children and families at Boston Children’s Hospital. Learn more and join a class today.

Who can participate?
Anyone who wants to practice yoga and help sick kids. We have classes for all yoga styles and levels.

Do I need to fundraise to attend a class?
No, fundraising is not required. When you register, we suggest making a donation of $25 or more to help the children and families at Boston Children’s. Learn more about your impact.

What do I need to bring to participate?
Bring water, wear comfortable clothes, and make sure to have a yoga mat. We will not have extra mats available.

Will the classes be indoors or outdoors?
All summer classes will take place outdoors. We will have rain dates for some classes in the event of bad weather.

Are masks required?
Current guidelines state that masks are not required to practice outdoors, but social distancing will be in place. For the most updated information, please refer to the CDC guidelines.

This annual day of practice and celebration brings together the nation’s yoga community to raise funds that give children from around the world facing devastating disease lifesaving answers and hope. Our next Yogathon will take place in-person in spring 2022. Learn more.

How do donations help kids?
Funds raised through Yoga Reaches Out programs help kids and families through Boston Children’s Every Child Fund. No matter where they live or who they are, every child deserves lifesaving answers. We’ve cured more childhood diseases than any other hospital and we share those treatments with the world. Learn more about your impact.

Do you send acknowledgement letters for contributions?
