Apply to run the world's oldest annual marathon for the #1 pediatric hospital and support the patients and families at Boston Children's.

PATIENT PARTNERS

Inspire, befriend and cheer for a runner. Runners feel privileged to run in honor of your child. During the exciting marathon journey, you’ll realize your runner is rooting even harder for you.

VOLUNTEERS

Help our runners cross the finish line. From handing out water during training runs to supporting the team on Marathon Monday, volunteers are an essential part of the Miles for Miracles team.
