Hello dear family and friends!
As many of you know, my niece Eden was born with a VSD (ventricular septum defect)—a hole in her heart. When she was only 9 days old she went into cardiac failure and at 27 days old, she had open heart surgery to repair the hole. We have since called her our heart hero!
My sister and her partner were fortunate to have an incredible team of medical professionals at Boston Children’s Hospital who worked around the clock to help Eden and us get through all the medical hurdles. Today, Eden is growing beautifully and getting stronger every day! Since Eden’s discharge, we all have tried thinking of ways to thank the BCH staff for all they did for us and continue to do for other families. So this year, joining my sisters dear friend Heidi Kassner’s Yoga team felt most appropriate!
Please consider donating to this very worthwhile cause. On Sunday, April 23, 2023, my mom, sister, and hundreds of others will be doing Yoga on the FIELD at Gillette Stadium! Your efforts will help sick children and their families supported by the Wellness Center at Boston Children's Hospital.
This year donations will benefit Boston Children's Wellness Program and Every Child Fund. Please help support me in helping give strength to families coping with a sick child just like our Eden. Thank you for your support and love.
