Dear Friends and Family,

I am hosting a fundraiser for my first birthday because I want to help Boston Children’s continue its amazing work to help children who are just like me. 

• The hospital's patient care programs provide sick and injured children and their families with what they really need.
• Researchers at the hospital regularly make amazing medical breakthroughts that change children's lives.
• Boston Children's welcomes children whose families can't afford health care—more than any other hospital in Massachusetts.
• Community programs at the hospital reach out to help low-income and at-risk children.

Please consider a small donation in honor of my birthday, to help Children's Hospital continue to provide children with the medical care they need, and to help its amazing doctors work to find solutions to so many important children's health issues.
