The Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Program at Boston Children's was chosen by Marcia's family as her grandson, Caden, was born with congenital heart defect which required surgery and treatment at the hospital and will be followed by the program. Those that know Marcia also know that she was extremely passionate about the topic of child and brain development. She dreamed of a career in the field but chose instead to educate her family, friends, and their children in the matters.
