Louisa "Lulu" Joy Kramer was born on March 17, 2016 at 7:17 PM.  A St. Patrick’s Day Baby, Lucky Lulu weighs 7 pounds and 8 ounces and is 19.5 inches long.

Lulu is named after Glenn's grandfather Leonard.  For as long as Glenn can recall, his grandfather was his “best buddy.”  As a WWII veteran and a men’s clothing store owner, Lenny was a leader in his community and a role model to his children and grandchildren.  We all loved his stories about good times at the track, bowling alley and golf course and we continue to admire him for his intellect, humility and hard work. We hope Lulu works hard and plays hard - with success at both - just like her great grandfather.

Her middle name, Joy, is for the joy Lulu has brought and will continue to bring to our world. Also,  we are confident Louisa Joy will have a sweet tooth, just like her siblings Talia Reese and Edward Heath.

Lulu's Hebrew name is Osher. It was the Hebrew name shared by Allison's grandfather, Albert, her grandmother, Edwyna, and Eddie. Albert, known as Albie to most and Poppy to his family, would take delight in telling everyone that it was very unusual for a husband and wife to have the same Hebrew name. Albie did not have a middle name and was so proud of his Hebrew name that he would use O as his middle initial.  The gregarious Albie was silenced with emotion when we told him Eddie’s Hebrew name. Osher means happy in English, a fitting name for Albert, Edwyna, Eddie and, we hope, Lulu.
