Boston Children's "Keeping the Beat" Retreat 2018
Our staff, patients, and friends fundraise year-round to fund our annual “Keeping the Beat” Retreat. The Arrhythmia Service at Boston Children's Hospital supports this exciting community-building program for our patients with pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) every year.
It's not always easy being a child or teen with a medical device, but it certainly doesn't stop our amazing patients! They love coming to spend the weekend on beautiful Cape Cod to participate in fun activities with our team and other kids like them. Many of our patients (and the staff who care for them!) tell us they look forward to the event all year long.
But all that fun comes at a price, and we're counting on you to help us make it happen. Your gift to the ”Keeping the Beat” Retreat goes directly to funding this weekend getaway. Our goal is to raise $20,000 this year, and we know we can do it!
Will you help these amazing, inspiring kids continue making lasting memories and lifelong friends ? We hope you will.
