My son Cam is why I am participating in the Corporate Cup and raising money for Boston Children’s Hospital. Cam was born with a rare genetic disorder called Williams Syndrome. He’s done both out-patient and in-patient at Children’s since his diagnosis, including having open-heart surgery in 2022 at 6 months old. I can tell you it was the longest 6 weeks of our lives while he was in there, but the nurses, Dr’s and staff at Children’s made everything a little easier. particularly around the holidays, they do so much to make sure the kids and their families feel some semblance of normalcy at a time when nothing in their lives is normal.
Children’s continues to be a major part of Cam’s care team as he tackles challenges associated with his diagnosis, and we are so grateful for the care and support they offer Cam and our family.
If so inclined, please help me raise as much money for Boston Children’s Hospital as we can, their motto says it all - “until every child is well”
