Event Day

12 pm Teams arrive at Athlete's Village
1 pm Opening Ceremonies
1:20 pm Team competitions begin
4 pm Closing Ceremonies and After-Party
7 pm Event concludes

Registration closes at 5pm on Monday, July 8.

Getting to Harvard Athletics Complex

  • GPS Address: 65 North Harvard Street Boston, MA 02134
  • By public transit, take the Red Line to Harvard Square and the complex is a 10-minute walk from
    • the Square down JFK St. and over the Charles River. The 66 and 86 route MBTA buses also stop in front of Harvard Stadium.
  • By car, enter through Gate 8 or Gate 16 and parking staff will direct you to available parking.
  • By Uber/Lyft, please use the address of Beren Tennis Center (65 N Harvard St, Boston, MA 02134) to get dropped off in the correct location.

Event Day Check-In

Please meet your team at your designated spot in Athlete’s Village when you arrive!

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved to Friday, July 12. The decision to move the event will be made by Tuesday, July 9 at noon.
