Ballin' for Brains
I am a patient in the neurology unit at Boston Children’s Hospital. I was having 8-12 seizures a month until my neurologist suggested I have a craniotomy, awake. I am now over 5 years seizure free, accomplishing things I could have never imagined, such as graduating from Stonehill in May.
It is my time to give back to BCH. This fundraiser will raise money for research to help more kids like me, accomplish their dreams. All money raised will go directly to the neurology unit for research.
This event, will show all students that although a disorder makes things more difficult, passions such as basketball are motivation. A passion is what makes a person more courageous and overcome their challenges. This tournament will encourage students to think, act & lead through a shared passion to make a difference one child at a time.
Please support my fundraiser—and Boston Children’s Hospital.
