As many of you know, I LOVE yoga and I equally love Boston Children's Hospital. BCH saved my son Ari's life and continues to provide him ongoing care and support as we navigate living with Congenital Heart Defects. This is my 5th year participating at Yoga Reaches Out, and I am incredibly honored to be one of the Main Stage New England Teachers!! I can't wait to have you all there with me!
Having a child receive life saving surgery at 13 days old, with many hospital stays, visits, and minor surgeries following, means that we are very familiar with the services that BCH provides. Our family tries to show our gratitude by participating in as many BCH fundraising events as possible, and when there is a chance to combine my passion for yoga with my deep appreciation for BCH I had to jump on it!

Register, fundraise and then practice with us on April 28, 2024 at the WIN Waste Field House at Gillette Stadium! Every dollar I raise goes the hospital’s Every Child Fund, fueling breakthrough research, family support programs, and vital services to help patients heal and thrive. Your gift will:
- give children battling the most complex diseases treatments they can’t find anywhere else;
- help children in your town and those across the world get a second chance;
- fuel 3,600+ researchers working to find cures at the world’s leading pediatric research hospital;
- help patient-families (many of whom travel from far away to find answers) with urgent needs, including housing, food and clothing;
- bring crucial care to families through not one, but four outpatient psychiatry clinics;
- provide wellness services like Reiki, yoga and a safe place to simply exhale for families facing the stress of caring for a critically ill child;
