I'm participating in Yoga Reaches Out because this is personal for my family. As we navigated the mental health crisis along with many families during the pandemic, we felt confused and alone. Boston Children’s Hospital provided support, encouragement and professionalism along that path. We were in fact - not alone.
On April 28, I’ll join a community of more than 1,000 at the WIN Waste Field House near Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, to say, "thank you" giving back to Boston Children's. Funds raised through Yoga Reaches Out will continue lifesaving work that provides answers and hope to children and their families, locally and around the world. Directly and immediately. And I'd LOVE you to join me!
We're planning informal team yoga events before April 28 and you'll have access to an encouraging online team page with thoughtful quotes, mediations, lots of laughs and support of all kinds along the way. At the event, you'll hang with your new besties during an inspirational day of yoga, moving your body, listening to music, and of course, hearing how you directly impacted so many families that need lifesaving care and support.
